Did you know coding is on the curriculum from 5+?
MAMA.codes offers fun and creative after-school coding clubs and holiday workshops for ages 3-8, that support the Computing curriculum. This Christmas, children can code an interactive Christmas card and animate their very own red-nosed reindeer.
Our fun-filled workshops using the unique MAMA.codes method of teaching coding as a language, to support the computing curriculum and show young and old how creative coding can be. No experience needed.
We use tablet-based free coding app ScratchJr - so it's helpful, though not essential, if children bring an iPad or Android tablet with them. Children learn generic coding concepts they can then transfer to any other coding language.
What kids say:
“The best class ever!”
"We loved the workshop!"
What parents say:
“Best thing we've done for ages – thanks so much!”
“The girls loved it and were busy with their projects for an hour and a half in the car.”
