At SwimWay they understand the importance of the bond between instructor and student, especially for the younger children. While sometimes unavoidable, SwimWay strives to minimise the turnover of instructors from term to term. They hire only those with at least two years experience, and pay above the market average for their talent and commitment.
There is a solid background in swimming teaching to the team, continuously helping us improve our own methodology. DBS checks are updated regularly for the whole team, as well as insurance and qualifications. They also provide health and safety training before the start of every term, and constant supervision throughout the year.
